We were having issues with our washing machine, and it had flooded the bathroom on the opposite wall. I called SLS and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The guys arrived wearing masks and foot coverings. They finished the job and the bill was very reasonable. Scott and his crew are the best. I am a repeat customer, and I will continue to only use SLS for my plumbing needs!

So, I had sewage backing up into my floor drain in the laundry room, my bathtub and toilet on the first floor. they were able to come out the same day and worked efficiently. the gents were nice and Joe was sure to keep updated on the progress; I appreciate this because I don’t know much about plumbing. they were quick and thorough and dare I say, left my bathroom cleaner than they came. Great service and I am a happy customer!

Woke up on Saturday AM to a clogged sewer pipe in the basement. Called SLS and within an hour they were here. Both gentlemen were great. They explained the problem and the options. They fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess before they left. They did an awesome job and for a Saturday the bill wasn’t bad at all

I called SLS around noon when i discovered my sump pump was not shutting off. They were here by 1pm and done by 2pm. They came with Masks and gloves keeping distance from me in the midst of this pandemic. They were professional, knowledgeable and had what was needed on the truck. They are the BEST!! I am very pleased with the job and left things cleaner than they found it.

This is my second experience with SLS. I have to say they are consistent. I am a very happy consumer and feel that I have been treated well.
I called with an odor that ALL would describe as sewer gas smell. It has been problematic for weeks, only to become really horrid upon my phone call to SLS. Joe and Tony arrived the same day and spent lots of thoughtful time troubleshooting. I was ready for their arrival with the crawlspace entry clear. (yuck) The roof, attic, every drain and yes the crawl (where my sump pump is located) were explored. I appreciated the approach. Funny, how the smell goes away sometimes. However, It did stink up the house for my plumbing friends.
Tony informed me of an issue in the crawlspace that I would have never known about so I am dealing with that Today… He also shared a heating tip that I needed to be aware of.
The next morning I received a call from Joe. Checking to see if there were any changes. I really appreciated the follow up.

I had an issue with a bathroom shower head. SLS came out and assessed the issue. They explained what I needed and that they would order the part. Within 3 days I received a call that the part was in and I could schedule and appointment. Joe and Anthony were right on time and completed the job. Joe and Anthony were very professional and prompt for both appointments. I would recommend SLS Plumbing to anyone.

We had an issue where a previous plumber had incorrectly connected our sump pump to the sewer system. Scott came by, took a look, made recommendations, which included adding a drain to our external basement stairwell, plumbing the sump correctly, and putting a trap on our sewer line.
They did an excellent job, and finally we feel like our basement is safe. I wish we’d found SLS plumbing when we originally had the work done on the sump, but I’m glad we found them to fix the problem. Will 100% be using them for any plumbing work moving forward.

I have used SLS Plumbing two time now-actually my condo building uses Scott at SLS as he (owner) comes continually on time-is extremely knowledgable and his employees are as well. I had to call recently as I had a small gas leak due to improper installation of a cooktop, and he directed me in the safe steps to do before he could get there to provide service. He is detail oriented, and came right over. As the problem was being repaired, he told me of a $25.00 coupon he had on his website and that he would give that to me that day. He came to fix my issue and did it remarkably fast -I was very impressed…….
I also have called him a time or two asking about plumbing concerns and he has taken about 10-15 minutes explaining why I have that problem and what I can do to resolve it-one time he just talked me thru the process on the phone-eliminating a service call that day altogether…
Yep his company is 5 stars- that’s for sure

We’ve called on SLS 3 times now. Once for our furnace and twice for plumbing issues. Scott and his team are always prompt, fair priced and get the job done right the first time, unlike others we’ve unfortunately experienced before. My wife was the only one at home for our last plumbing call and Scott took the time to explain the issue, our repair options and gave us a fair estimate. We have been extremely pleased with their work. It’s very reassuring to know that we have someone we can count on when problems arise with plumbing, heating and cooling. In our opinion, there’s no reason to call anyone other than SLS!!

In an emergency I called several of the big ad companies only to get an answering service that said I would get a call back ,but never did. Then I called SLS Plumbing and got an answer from a knowledgeable plumber and Scott sent a guy out within an hour. Incredible how efficient and professional someone can be at 3am. I highly recommend SLS. for your home repair needs!

The best Plumbing company by far that I have ever used . Their pricing was up front and very fair for the white glove service that they have provided every time we use them .These guys show up on time with a smile and an answer to my plumbing problems , even at 2:30 in the morning ! I’ve tried the rest but these guys are best .

My water heater went out after 27 years, I called Scott from SLS to come by and replace it for me. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and quick job. SLS is the only ones to call for any home repair or improvement.

I had a plumbing emergency! Water backing up into my house while using the shower and the washing machine. What a scary mess! The advertisment I found in my Yellow Book said “help in 1 hour…”. I was in a panic.
I had tried to contact other people in the phonebook under the “A” section. I also tried some of the big guys. No one could get to me quickly or at all. I was waiting for a call back and nothing…tick, tick, tick. I then saw the S.L.S. guys. I called and they happend to be right in the area. LUCKY ME!
Scott (the owner) was so professional and kind I could not believe it! He also had a partner with him who was so friendly and knowledgeable I will always call them.
During their visit My friend happened to stop at my home during the repair. He was very impressed with the problem solving and the professional, friendly maner of both of these men.
I can not express how great it was to resolve my problem quickly and during the process understanding what the plan was. I’ve had soo many home repairs done and different people servicing my home that these guys really deserve a great review.
